Speedy Title Loans automatically collects and/or tracks the following:

3. Information (user-specific or aggregate) concerning the pages our visitors access and referring URLs; and

However, if you would like to receive information on a loan-related product from one of our network of third-party loan providers (“Loan Providers”), you must submit the required information, even if you do not actually enter into a formal application with any Loan Provider.

SMS / Mobile Information — No Sharing for Marketing

If you provide a mobile phone number on this website or in connection with our SMS program, the number and your opt-in consent are used solely by Speedy Title Loans (and, where applicable, our SMS delivery platform Twilio acting on our behalf) to contact you about your application status, account-related notifications, and any text message you affirmatively requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, your SMS opt-in status, or any SMS-related consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and providing a mobile number is not a condition of purchase or service.

By submitting an application for credit, you acknowledge and agree that we may use your information to obtain additional information about you from third parties when the information was incompletely or improperly filled out on our registration form, or where additional information is needed to evaluate an application. Third parties include, but are not limited to, consumer-reporting agencies, consumer credit bureaus, and other outside parties as permitted or required by applicable laws.

Your Credit

All of the lenders we work with can offer free rate quotes with no impact to your credit. We have some Loan Providers that are able to issue pre-approval quotes without performing any credit check, and other Loan Providers that can issue pre-approvals and approvals via a soft credit check (no impact to your FICO credit score or rating). Some Loan Providers, once matched with you, may need to collect additional information — including your SSN — for the purpose of doing a soft credit inquiry to determine whether or not to extend potential offers.

Once pre-approved by a Loan Provider, we will hand you off to that lender so you can finalize your loan with them. During the process of finalizing your financing, some Loan Providers may need to perform a hard credit inquiry. Those Loan Providers will ask for your permission prior to doing so.

When submitting an application for a loan request that requires a credit check, you are providing written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for Speedy Title Loans and its Loan Providers with whom you are matched to obtain consumer-report information from your credit profile or other information from our contracted credit bureau.

Information Sharing — Special Conditions

Without limiting the foregoing, Speedy Title Loans reserves the right to release current or past user information under the following conditions:

1. Speedy Title Loans believes that the service or this website is being or has been used in violation of the Terms and Conditions or to commit unlawful acts;
2. as required by law or legal process; or
3. in connection with a business transfer, in which case the acquiring business would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
